Once your website is up and running we will not leave you high and dry or stranded! Whether you choose to contact us via e-mail, telephone or post, we are always ready to make any alterations and modifications that you may require.

If you need occasional minor changes and/or updates to your site we will undertake these free of charge. Alternatively, if you require more substantial additions or changes at some later point we will also be happy to complete these modifications at a reasonable rate.

Maintenance packages

For peace of mind you may prefer our annually renewable maintenance package, designed to free you of any worries over your online presence, enabling you to get on with running your business or organisation. The following features are available:

Regular minor changes and updates (up to 1 hours work per month)
Regular weekly database backup and optimisation in the case of advanced websites
Monthly external link checking
Monthly evaluation of your search-engine ranking
Monthly reports via e-mail on the above
